LINLITHGOW BANKRUPTCY COURT . —Andrew Hamilton , James Hamilton, and Robert Hamilton, forming the Badallan Colliery Company, Fauldhouse, were examined at Linlithgow yesterday in bankruptcy before Sheriff Melville. Mr Caesar, solicitor, Bathgate, said the cause of the firm's failure was bad debts, and their pit being flooded with water. The statutory oath was administered . The liabilities of the firm are set down at £233 , and the assets at £355.
